Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists – Strategic Builders who are customer-facing advisors. You will define AI strategy, shape agentic solutions, and drive adoption for enterprise customers, delivering lasting, scalable value from the AI deployments you help build.

Responsibilities include owning end-to-end engagements, guiding architecture with Data Cloud and Agentic AI, coordinating delivery with engineers, and presenting business value to government, nonprofit, and education clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years in strategic solutioning, advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud/SaaS.
• Experience with public sector, higher education, or nonprofit delivery.
• Customer-facing delivery experience required.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and Data Cloud.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Ownership: lead end-to-end engagement across identify, commit, deploy, consume with outcomes.
• AI Strategy & Architecture: define customer Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; design workshops and architecture.
• Deployment Oversight: manage delivery timelines, stakeholders, risks, and reporting.
• Adoption & Consumption: drive adoption, measure value, overcome blockers.
• Delivery Team Coordination: align strategy with technical execution with engineers.
• AI-Supported Development: build AI solutions using tools like Cursor, Claude, Vibes.
• Customer Stakeholder Management: engage government/nonprofit/education clients with business value.
• AI Readiness: assess readiness and guide change management.
• Product Feedback Loop: translate insights into product roadmap.
