Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists – Strategic Builders who are customer-facing advisors. You will define AI strategy, shape agentic solutions, and drive measurable adoption for enterprise customers.

You will lead end-to-end engagements across the value lifecycle, partner with Forward Deployed Engineers, and translate field insights into product feedback that guides the Agentic AI platform roadmap.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
• Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Proven ability to lead and own complex, ambiguous engagements end-to-end.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy and responsible AI practices.
• Strong project and program management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle: Identify, Commit, Deploy, Consume.
• Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops and architect solutions.
• Manage engagement delivery end-to-end timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers and drive value realization.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution.
• Build customer solutions using AI tools and coding products.
• Serve as primary customer-facing contact with Government, Nonprofit, or Education customers.
