Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists – Strategic Builders who are customer-facing advisors. You will define AI strategy, shape agentic solutions, and drive measurable adoption for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end engagements, coordinating with Forward Deployed Engineers, and delivering value through AI deployments in Government, Nonprofit, and Education sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the complete value lifecycle: Identify, Commit, Deploy, Consume – owning outcomes at every stage.
• Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops and architect solutions spanning Salesforce’s Agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems.
• Manage engagement delivery end-to-end timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers and develop strategies to drive measurable value realization.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and keep the team on track to milestones.
• Build real customer solutions using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and coding products like Vibes.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing contact with Government, Nonprofit, and Education customers; present proposals in terms of business value.
• Assess customer readiness for AI adoption and guide change management and process transformation.
• Synthesize field insights and translate them into actionable product feedback for the Agentic AI platform roadmap.
