Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists—Strategic Builders who are customer-facing advisors, shaping AI strategy and agentic solutions for enterprise customers. You will work with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate business challenges into deployable AI solutions that go live and deliver measurable value.

Engagements are time-bound (often 12 weeks) and may involve a single strategic account or multiple customers.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
4+ years in strategic solutioning, advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
Experience delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit.
Prior customer-facing delivery experience required.
Understanding of Salesforce platform and Agentic AI capabilities.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
Ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end.
Experience with AI/LLM solution design and responsible AI practices.
Strong project and program management; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Full lifecycle ownership across Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume.
Define AI strategy and architecture; run design workshops and jobs-to-be-done analysis.
Manage delivery timelines, communications, risk, and reporting.
Own adoption, consumption, and value realization metrics.
Coordinate delivery teams with Forward Deployed Engineers.
Develop customer solutions using AI tools and platforms.
Serve as primary customer contact with Government/Nonprofit/Education sectors.
Assess AI readiness and guide change management.
Provide actionable product feedback for platform roadmaps.
