Qualifications

• Degree in CS or a related field.
• 4+ years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, delivery leadership, or program management for enterprise cloud/SaaS.
• Experience delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and Agentic AI capabilities, Data Cloud.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Ability to lead complex, ambiguous engagements end-to-end.
• Experience leading AI/LLM design, agentic AI strategy, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong project and program management skills and multi-stream coordination.
• Willingness to travel ~25% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap; architect solutions across Salesforce platforms.
• Manage delivery timelines, risk, and stakeholder communications.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; drive value realization.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers for strategy-to-execution alignment.
• Develop real customer solutions using AI tools and coding products.
• Act as primary customer-facing contact for government, nonprofit, or education sectors.
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management and process transformation.
• Translate field insights into actionable product feedback for the Agentic AI roadmap.
