Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists to lead end-to-end customer engagements, defining AI strategy and architecting agentic AI deployments for enterprise customers. You’ll work with Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver measurable value across Government, Nonprofit, and Education sectors.

The role requires 4+ years in strategic solutioning or delivery leadership, and strong experience in customer-facing projects within public sector environments. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud/SaaS.
• Experience delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience is required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and ecosystem including Agentic AI and Data Cloud.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle: Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume.
• Define customer AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops and architect solutions.
• Oversee deployment timelines, communications, risk, and progress across the delivery team.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagements; unblock blockers.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Develop customer solutions with AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Vibes) for real value.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with Government/Nonprofit/Education clients.
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management for maximum benefit.
• Translate field insights into actionable product feedback for Salesforce Agentic AI roadmap.
