Qualifications

• 4+ years of strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
• Understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI and Data Cloud.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end from discovery to outcomes.
• Experience designing AI/LLM solutions, including agentic AI and responsible AI practices.
• Strong program management to manage multiple workstreams in ambiguity.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle—Identify, Commit, Deploy, Consume.
• Define AI strategy and architecture; lead design workshops and jobs-to-be-done analysis.
• Manage engagement delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk, and reporting.
• You are the operational backbone of the delivery team, ensuring no tasks fall through the cracks.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within the engagement scope.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution and milestones.
• Develop customer solutions with AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and Vibes to accelerate delivery.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing contact with senior stakeholders; present business value.
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management to maximize benefits.
