Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists — Strategic Builders who define AI strategy, shape agentic solutions, and drive measurable adoption for enterprise customers. You’ll lead a delivery team and coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate complex business challenges into real AI deployments, delivering lasting value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategic solutioning, advisory, delivery leadership or programme management for enterprise cloud/SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Customer-facing delivery experience required.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Programming knowledge: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end.
• Experience in AI/LLM solution design and responsible AI practices.
• Strong project/programme management in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap; run design workshops and analysis.
• Architect solutions spanning Salesforce platform and enterprise systems.
• Manage delivery timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers for execution.
• Develop customer solutions with AI tools and practices.
• Guide change management and readiness for AI adoption.
• Translate field insights into product feedback for roadmaps.
