Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Partner Delivery Advisor within the Global Consulting Partner (GCP) organization to serve as a trusted delivery expert embedded in our partner ecosystem, guiding AI deployments and responsible practices across Agentforce and Salesforce products.

This role spans pre-sale to active delivery, mitigating risks, and partnering with executives to align strategy with measurable business outcomes while championing partner and customer success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, technical advisory, program management, or account management.
• Experience advising on AI or LLM-based technologies, including Agentforce or equivalent platforms.
• Technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform—including Core CRM, Data Cloud, Flow, and APIs.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate delivery risk across complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills for executives.
• Experience with Salesforce Professional Services or managed services.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent partner engagements in a high-velocity environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and technical advisory across pre-sale, pre-implementation, and active delivery phases for partner-led engagements (solution approach, use cases, architecture, delivery plans).
• Review partner and customer project deliverables to assess progress, surface risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify delivery risks and provide independent assessments to help partners course-correct.
• Lead account recovery efforts with Salesforce teams, including escalation management and action planning.
• Validate partner delivery approaches against milestones and quality standards.
• Identify staffing gaps and connect partners with the right resources.
• Lead strategic solutioning and oversight for Agentforce and AI deployments within partner-led engagements.
• Guide partners through Agentic AI strategy and roadmapping with measurable outcomes.
• Champion Responsible AI principles within partner implementations.
• Assess customer readiness for AI adoption and support change management to maximize value.
• Advocate for partners and navigate Salesforce ecosystem to access resources.
• Provide guidance when Salesforce Professional Services is co-deployed.
• Feedback to leadership to inform product roadmap and partner programs.
• Participate in kickoff, QBRs, and partner forums as required.
• Contribute to partner practice development with GCP teams.
• Communicate with leaders at all levels and manage multiple engagements.
