Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, advisory, program management, or account management (SaaS preferred).
• Experience advising on AI or LLM-based implementations.
• Strong communication for executive audiences and stakeholders.
• Ability to assess architecture and identify delivery risks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple partner engagements in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Professional Services or managed services in Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery advisory at key points across pre-sale, pre-implementation, and delivery phases.
• Review partner and customer deliverables to surface risks and provide actionable guidance.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks to prevent customer impact.
• Lead recovery efforts with internal teams to restore delivery health and outcomes.
• Drive accountability for milestones and quality standards with partners.
• Identify staffing gaps and connect partners with appropriate resources.
• Guide Agentforce AI strategy and roadmapping within customer engagements.
• Advise on responsible AI adoption and change management in partner-led programs.
• Advocate for partner needs within Salesforce and enable ecosystem resources.
• Support continuous improvement of the Partner Delivery Success program.
