Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Business Development Manager for the AI Partnerships team. You will source and secure datasets worldwide to train frontier AI models, bridging research needs with external partners from term sheets to close.

The role requires navigating cross-functional teams across product, research, and legal to finalize agreements. You will define and close high-impact data partnerships, influence strategic data initiatives with executives, and stay current on AI data ecosystems.

Qualifications

7+ years in business development, strategy, or related fields.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to close deals and interpret legal documents with counsel.
Experience building executive-level relationships and guiding strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define, negotiate, and close high-impact data licensing partnerships.
Collaborate with product, research, and engineering to align data requirements with opportunities.
Expand global data partnerships by leveraging AI ecosystem contacts.
Analyze data landscapes and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
