Job summary

Meta seeks an Analytics Leader within Competitive Intelligence to guide data-driven narratives that influence product direction and strategy. You will work across ambiguous environments, blending econometrics, Bayesian approaches, and AI-enabled analytics to deliver actionable market insights.

You will lead analyses on 3P datasets, synthesize signals into high-fidelity reports, and communicate complex findings to diverse stakeholders, shaping analytics foundations across Meta's products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years in business intelligence, product analytics, or economic/strategy consulting in tech
• Experience ethically sourcing, validating, and synthesizing high-signal insights from people while maintaining privacy and integrity
• Proficiency with Generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI system orchestration to automate analyses and synthesize insights
• Practical working knowledge of data analytics tools and managing 1P/3P datasets
• Experience with SQL, Python, and/or statistical software, and skills in data interpretation and visualization

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven analyses to influence product direction and competitive strategy
• Develop statistical models, forecasts, and high-fidelity trend reports
• Onboard and evaluate third-party datasets for signal quality and predictive power
• Triangulate data from multiple sources to form coherent market narratives
• Apply causal inference and Bayesian methods to understand exogenous shocks and competitor actions
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
