Job summary

micro1 is hiring a Data Partnerships Manager to identify, engage, and close partnerships with companies contributing workflow data for AI training and evaluation. You will own the end-to-end partnership process from sourcing to onboarding, collaborating with internal teams to scale the program.

The role requires 3+ years in partnerships or enterprise sales, strong communication with executives, and experience handling privacy, security and data ownership discussions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, Enterprise Sales or similar.
• Proven success sourcing, negotiating and closing B2B partnerships or complex deals.
• Strong communication skills with senior decision-makers.
• Comfort discussing privacy, security, confidentiality and data ownership.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage companies with valuable workflows across industries.
• Build relationships with founders, executives and operational leaders.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand processes and partnership potential.
• Educate partners on how workflow data trains and evaluates AI systems.
• Lead discussions on privacy, security and data ownership.
• Design partnership structures aligning company goals with AI needs.
• Negotiate terms and close partnerships.
• Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard partners.
• Develop repeatable acquisition strategies and playbooks.
