Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer to drive scaling and delivery across the organization. You will lead PI planning, manage risks, and facilitate cross-team coordination to meet program commitments.

The role requires substantial SAFe/Agile experience, leadership of senior teams, and the ability to mentor product managers, system architects, and Scrum Masters while sustaining Lean-Agile transformation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with the Systems Engineering or Software Development Life Cycle and enterprise Agile delivery tools.
• Experience operating as an RTE or Lead Coach, facilitating PI Planning and tracking ART metrics.
• Experience coaching technology leaders through enterprise Agile transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution and transformation across the organization using SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Facilitate PI Planning, manage program-level risks, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Lead SAFe training and workshops for teams and leaders and mentor key roles.
