Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is seeking a Release Train Engineer to lead SAFe Agile program delivery at our Washington area location. You will serve as a servant leader and coach for an Agile Release Train, driving continuous improvement and delivering value at scale in a fast-paced tech environment.

The role requires 3+ years of RTE or Agile PM experience, strong SAFe knowledge, and proven PI Planning facilitation, with excellent communication for stakeholder management and leadership

Qualifications

• SAFe Release Train Engineer certification or SPC strongly preferred.
• 3+ years as Release Train Engineer or Agile Program Manager.
• Deep knowledge of SAFe, Agile methodologies and Lean principles.
• Proven ability to facilitate PI Planning and manage large-scale AGile Release Trains.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead ART ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
• Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on SAFe principles and Agile best practices
• Drive program-level execution, tracking delivery metrics, risks, and dependencies across the ART
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team performance and program flow
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration to align on program goals and release objectives
• Support continuous improvement through retrospectives and data-driven decisions
• Communicate ART status, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and leadership

• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
