Job summary

BCG X seeks a senior Release Train Engineer to lead an Agile Release Train within the Enterprise Intelligence and Data Solutions portfolio. The RTE will own PI planning, ART cadence, and delivery metrics, coaching teams and stakeholders toward predictable execution in a federal program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile delivery experience in multi-team environments.
• 2+ years of RTE or equivalent senior Agile leadership roles.
• Proven experience planning and executing PI Planning and ART events.
• Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ART planning, cadence, and execution.
• Facilitate PI Planning, events, and delivery reviews.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams in SAFe practices.
• Maintain ART metrics, ADO data, and transparency.
• Manage cross-team risks, dependencies, and escalations.
