Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Agentic Operations and Intelligence Consultant to drive go-to-market for Agentforce process automation (Regrello). You will own the end-to-end value narrative from discovery to high-stakes POCs, partnering with Account Executives to win deals and transform back-office operations.

You will lead whiteboard sessions, pitch multi-year value, and translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes for executives across supply chain, finance, and other functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Solutions Engineering, Business Value Consulting, or Technology Consulting.
• Industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Public Sector.
• Familiarity with supply chain management, financial services, or workflow automation platforms.
• Master of Discovery: lead whiteboard sessions that challenge a customer’s current state.
• Technical Fluency: configure solutions (POCs) using no-code tools with business outcomes in mind.
• Executive Presence: communicate AI/automation concepts to stakeholders from operators to C-suite.
• Experience working in quota-carrying roles with incentive structures.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Value Selling as primary solution leader on complex deals.
• Define and pitch multi-year Value Roadmap for customers.
• Translate AI/automation capabilities into business outcomes for executives.
• Lead and manage 4–5 week POC engagements to prove business cases.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align Regrello roadmap with field needs.
• Drive revenue growth as part of a quota-bearing, commissionable team.
