Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking an Agency Lead to join Team Snapchat.

You will build and manage partnerships with Snap's largest media agencies and help them expand their digital presence on Snapchat. Working from our New York or Los Angeles office, you will need extensive business development expertise, strong solution-selling, operational, and people skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business development, marketing, brand advertising or agency/media sales.
• Experience leading partnerships with advertising agencies and clients.
• Ability to influence at the executive level and secure internal support.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy to maximize the value of advertiser solutions through agencies.
• Own financial performance of agency portfolio and meet targets.
• Serve as primary contact and thought leader for agencies.
• Develop education and programming across agency disciplines.
