Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• 8+ years of aftermarket service, strategy and product support experience within aerospace or automotive.
• Experience developing and executing strategic initiatives within aerospace/automotive aftermarket business including pricing strategies, repair programs, and service agreements.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with engineering, MRO, and supply chain teams to ensure product lifecycle alignment with aftermarket goals.
• Long-term revenue, profitability and customer value management experience within aftermarket business.
