Job summary

AMETEK PDS is looking for a Manager of Aftermarket Services to join their team in Harleysville, PA. This strategic position involves developing and executing sales plans while managing significant customer relationships in the aerospace sector.

A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience. The role requires travel and strong planning skills, alongside familiarity with power systems and aftermarket sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry, including at least 2 years in aftermarket services.
• Knowledge of aircraft power and electrical systems is preferred.
• Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop aftermarket sales plans and execute them to increase sales.
• Build relationships with airlines and MRO providers.
• Assist with contract negotiations and pricing recommendations.
• Support financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Conduct market research to target sales efforts.
