Parker Aerospace is seeking a seasoned leader to direct the Military Aftermarket segment within the Services & Support Operations division, focusing on global growth and strategic customer engagement. The role oversees long-term market planning, profitability, and cross-functional alignment across divisions.

Ideal candidates have extensive aerospace MRO experience, strong leadership, and a track record in regulated environments; travel 25–35% domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years aerospace/defense experience with 8+ years leading large, cross-functional or global teams.
• Deep experience in Military MRO/Aftermarket, government contracting and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes global Military Aftermarket growth strategy.
• Leads 5–10 year market, revenue, and capacity planning for MRO.
• Drives lifecycle earnings optimization across products and programs.
• Owns P&L for Military Aftermarket with bookings, revenue, margin accountability.
