You will work closely with various teams to optimize service offerings and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in aftermarket services, product support, strategy or related functions, preferably in aerospace, industrial equipment, or transportation sectors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of product lifecycle economics and repair/overhaul processes is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and deployment of the aftermarket growth strategy across assigned product lines.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Drive business cases for strategic initiatives and support development of long-term agreements.
• Monitor aftermarket performance metrics and recommend actions.
