Job summary

Sciton is seeking an Aesthetic Consultant for the San Francisco Bay Area. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by developing new customer relationships and expanding business with existing accounts. Travel 40–60% within the SF Bay Area.

The candidate should have 2–5 years of B2B sales, a proven quota of $1.5M+, and strong presentation and negotiation skills. Base salary ranges from $70k–$80k with significant upside in total compensation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business/Marketing or related field.
2–5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in capital equipment, technology, or medical devices.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding an annual quota of $1.5M+ in revenue.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a full sales cycle independently.

Responsibilities

Strategic account ownership: manage named key accounts and expand adoption across Sciton platforms.
Sales execution: lead full sales cycle from discovery to close and meet/exceed quotas.
Prospecting & pipeline development: identify and engage new opportunities.
Territory management: balance new business with account retention for growth.
Product demonstrations: conduct in-person and virtual demos tailored to customer needs.
Account support: maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
Collaboration: work with marketing, service, and operations for seamless experiences.
Forecasting & reporting: maintain CRM records and forecasts for leadership.
Market insight: monitor competition and trends to position products.
