Job summary

Withum in New Jersey seeks a Marketing Supervisor to develop and manage strategic marketing initiatives for Advisory services, partnering with the Advisory Marketing Director and service line leaders to plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital, social, content, webinars and events.

You will drive multi-channel programs, coordinate budgets, thought leadership content and events while ensuring brand consistency and alignment with growth goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience in B2B or professional services.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and events.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day marketing for assigned Advisory service lines.
• Develop integrated campaigns across email, digital, social, content, webinars, events.
• Coordinate campaign execution with Marketing Centers of Excellence and team members.
• Manage campaigns from planning through completion with timelines and approvals.
• Lead recurring marketing meetings with service line leaders to discuss priorities and progress.
• Translate service offerings and goals into actionable marketing activities.
• Support ABM campaigns with Business Development and internal teams.
• Assist with management of marketing budgets for assigned service lines.
• Coordinate development and distribution of thought leadership content and collateral.
• Ensure brand consistency across materials and channels.
• Plan events, conferences and webinars with promotion and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to increase visibility and engagement through strategic events.
• Maintain marketing calendars and campaign tools.
• Track performance and report on impact to pipeline.
• Analyze results and suggest improvements.
• Support CRM and marketing automation needs.
