Job summary

Withum is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive integrated campaigns for the Audit and Tax practice. You will translate technical insights into go-to-market strategies, partner with practice leadership, and manage multi-channel campaigns to accelerate pipeline and engagement.

You will lead thought leadership, content, events, and sponsorships, leveraging AI tools to inform strategy, measure ROI, and strengthen market positioning across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Audit and Tax marketing strategies.
• Partner with practice leaders to advance go-to-market priorities.
• Collaborate with Industry marketing to shape go-to-market strategies.
• Use AI-enabled tools to inform strategy, including competitive analysis and campaign planning.
• Lead thought leadership strategy and editorial calendar for Audit and Tax content.
• Oversee content planning based on market trends and business priorities.
• Direct development of collateral, presentations, case studies, videos, and assets.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across channels.
• Develop and execute strategic sponsorship and conference programs to drive ROI.
• Identify high-impact sponsorships and speaking opportunities aligned with growth.
• Manage sponsorships around events to maximize pipeline impact.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, content, webinars, PR and events.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and pipeline impact.
• Partner with Marketing Centers of Excellence to optimize performance via data and analytics.
• Foster collaborative, innovative, results-driven team culture.
• Collaborate across marketing, business development, creative, digital, content, operations and communications teams.
