Withum is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to develop and manage strategic initiatives for Advisory services. You will partner with the Advisory Marketing Director, service line leaders, and the Marketing team to plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital, social, content, webinars and events.

The role requires 7+ years of marketing experience in B2B settings, strong project management, and the ability to translate offerings into compelling messages.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience in accounting, consulting, professional services or B2B.
• Experience independently managing multi-channel campaigns and events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with demand generation, ABM and targeted B2B campaigns.

Mansioni

• Managing day-to-day marketing efforts for assigned Advisory service lines aligned with strategy.
• Develop integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social, content and events.
• Coordinate campaign execution with Marketing Centers of Excellence and team members.
• Manage campaigns from planning through completion with timelines and approvals.
• Lead recurring marketing meetings with service line leaders on priorities and progress.
• Translate offerings and goals into actionable marketing activities.
• Support ABM campaigns with Business Development and marketing teams.
• Assist with budgets for assigned service lines.
• Coordinate development and distribution of thought leadership content and collateral.
• Ensure brand consistency across materials and channels.
• Plan events: conferences, sponsorships, webinars, client engagement with logistics and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to increase visibility with strategic events.
• Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and campaign tools.
• Track campaign performance and report on effectiveness and pipeline impact.
• Analyze results and recommend future marketing efforts.
• Support CRM and marketing automation needs including lists, setup and data management.
