Job summary

Withum is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to lead strategic marketing initiatives for its Advisory services. You will partner with the Advisory Marketing Director and service line leaders to plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital, social, content, webinars, and events.

The role requires hands-on project management, collaboration, and a track record of driving growth in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience in accounting, consulting, professional services or B2B.
• Experience independently managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and coordinating events.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day marketing efforts for Advisory service lines in line with strategy.
• Develop integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social, content, webinars and events.
• Coordinate campaign execution with Marketing Centers of Excellence and team members.
• Manage campaigns from planning through completion with timelines and approvals.
• Lead recurring marketing meetings with service line leaders to set priorities and track progress.
• Translate offerings and goals into actionable marketing activities.
• Support ABM campaigns with Business Development and internal teams.
• Assist with managing marketing budgets for service lines.
• Coordinate development of thought leadership content and collateral with internal teams.
• Ensure brand consistency across materials and channels.
• Plan conferences, sponsorships, webinars and client events with promotion and logistics.
