You will serve as a trusted advisor on complex engagements, lead workshops and client meetings, mentor teammates, and collaborate with internal partners while balancing priorities with quality and sound judgment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in organizational consulting or related fields.

For our client, we are seeking a Strategic Advisor IV to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will serve as a trusted advisor on complex client engagements, helping translate data and qualitative insights into clear recommendations that support stronger workplace experiences and business outcomes. The position requires strong executive communication, sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality. You will also collaborate closely with internal partners, lead workshops and client meetings, and help mentor teammates while contributing to broader team development initiatives.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $119,000 – $144,300 annually
