• Expertise in 3PM methodologies like prioritization, governance, and execution.
• Practical experience linking business strategy to technology and AI implications.
• Excellent executive communication and commercial acumen.

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Transformation Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead high-impact transformation initiatives that connect strategy to measurable business value. You will partner with senior stakeholders across functions to assess current-state capabilities, shape future-state operating models, and drive disciplined execution through to value realization. The position also requires strong executive communication, structured problem solving, and the ability to translate business strategy into practical technology and AI implications.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
