Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Leadership Development Consultant to help shape leadership growth across the organization. You will build trusted advisory relationships with senior leaders, guide discovery conversations, and design virtual development sessions in a remote setting.

You will collaborate with an international team to deliver initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and workplace performance, while enabling flexible, remote work and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in senior HR or organizational development roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships.
• Experience facilitating leadership and coaching sessions.
• Self-motivated and capable of remote work.

For our client, we are seeking a Leadership Development Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Staffing space.

This role will focus on building trusted advisory relationships with leaders and helping shape leadership growth across the organization. You will facilitate discovery conversations, guide virtual development sessions, and contribute to broader efforts that strengthen organizational effectiveness and workplace performance. The position partners closely with an international team to support meaningful leadership development initiatives in a remote environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
