Job summary

The role works remotely and aligns to 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST hours, collaborating with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and drive service improvements. The ideal candidate will coordinate requests, monitor schedules, and communicate effectively with stakeholders while maintaining detailed records and supporting

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in customer support, dispatch, project coordination or related fields.
• Experience supporting strategic or high-volume customer accounts preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests, dispatch, installations, repairs for strategic accounts.
• Monitor schedules, resources, work orders and customer requests to meet objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities.
• Guide less experienced team members on coordination processes and resolutions.
