Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests, dispatch activities, installations, repairs for strategic accounts.
• Monitor service schedules, resources, work orders, and customer requests to meet timelines.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated inquiries and service concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service activities, inventory usage, and scheduling information.
• Coordinate resources with internal teams and customers to ensure service commitments.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members on coordination processes.
