Job summary

Patterson Dental Supply, Inc. is seeking a Service Coord Strat Accts to coordinate service delivery for strategic accounts. The role supports customers and internal teams to resolve issues, with alignment to 8:00 am–5:00 pm PST hours and ability to work remotely.

The position emphasizes coordinating resources, maintaining records, and ensuring timely completion of service commitments while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years experience in customer support, dispatch, project coordination, or related experience.
• Experience supporting strategic, national, or high-volume customer accounts.
• Experience coordinating field service, technical support, or installation activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests, dispatch activities, installations, repairs, and customer support for strategic accounts to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor service schedules, resource utilization, work orders, and customer requests, resolving non-routine issues and prioritizing activities.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated inquiries, complaints, and service concerns, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, service activities, inventory usage, scheduling information, and documentation.
• Coordinate resources with internal stakeholders, field service teams, and customers to ensure successful service execution.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and knowledge sharing to less experienced team members on coordination processes.
• Comply with company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
