Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3 years experience in customer support, dispatch, project coordination, or related experience.
• Experience supporting strategic, national, or high-volume customer accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests, dispatch activities, installations, repairs, and customer support for strategic accounts to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor service schedules, resource utilization, and work orders; resolve non-routine issues and priortize activities to meet customer expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated inquiries, complaints, and service concerns; ensure timely communication and resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service activities, inventory usage, and scheduling information.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, field service teams, and customers to coordinate resources and communicate updates.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and knowledge sharing on service coordination processes and issue resolution.
• Comply with company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
