Lennox International is seeking a seasoned customer service professional in Richardson, TX to efficiently process quotations and orders, resolve issues, and support internal/external customers. Under limited supervision, this role is expected to function at a very high level in the volume and efficiency of timely processing of customer quotations and orders, and in resolving customer disputes, with minimal supervision. Additionally, this role will share continual responsibility with the Team Lead for established work procedures and processes that support company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives.
Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $70,400 to 92,400k annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are also eligible for abonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
