Eastridge Workforce Solutions in Marlborough, MA is hiring a Recruiter for the Strategic Accounts division. This hybrid role (in office Tue-Thu) focuses on high-volume recruiting across multiple states, mainly light industrial sectors.

You will drive partnerships with clients and candidates, manage full-cycle staffing, and contribute to robust monthly performance metrics. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at balancing urgency with quality while handling multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for light industrial, warehouse, production, and operational roles across multiple states.
• Create sourcing strategies tailored for each requisition.
• Conduct candidate interviews in-person or via RingCentral.
• Meet weekly KPIs: 30 interviews, 15 presents, 10+ starts, 5 rejections? (as per original)
• Generate at least $30,000 in gross profit per month ($90,000/quarter).
• Build relationships with hiring managers and clients; host HR events to raise brand awareness.
• Partner with candidates and local businesses to drive staffing solutions.
• Engage in consultative discussions about market trends and staffing needs.
