Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to join our Strategic National division in Plano, TX. This full-time onsite role focuses on high-volume recruiting for light industrial, warehouse, and production roles across multiple states.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering quality staffing solutions to clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume light industrial, warehouse, production, and operational roles across multiple states.
• Create sourcing strategies tailored for each requisition.
• Conduct candidate interviews in-person or via RingCentral.
• Weekly KPIs: 20 interviews, 20 presents, 7+ starts, 5 “Where Have You Been”s.
• Produce a minimum of $30,000 in gross profit per month ($90,000/quarter).
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and build business partnerships.
• Host HR events with clients to boost brand awareness in the area.
• Have effective negotiation and communication skills with candidates and clients.
• Serve as a consultant to educate clients about current market trends.
• Work in a full-cycle recruitment environment from sourcing to placement.
