Eastridge Workforce Solutions in San Diego, CA is seeking a Search Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for direct‑hire roles across technical, mechanical, manufacturing, and skilled trades. You will build candidate pipelines and develop strong relationships with clients to grow market presence.

The role rewards a sales-minded recruiter with ability to deliver through production, relationships, and proactive business development.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, business development, sales, or a related client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, influence decision-makers, and deliver a high level of client and candidate service.
• Strong sales mindset with comfort conducting outbound prospecting, developing new relationships, and identifying business opportunities.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and closing placements.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for direct-hire positions across technical, mechanical, manufacturing, skilled trades, and related professional disciplines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, existing clients, and prospective clients.
• Conduct thorough client intake conversations to understand position requirements, business needs, organizational structure, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, client outreach, and local market activity.
• Develop new client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and reactivate dormant relationships.
• Market qualified candidates to prospective and existing clients to generate interest, uncover hiring needs, and support account growth.
• Partner with internal sales and recruiting teams to develop client relationships and increase Eastridge’s presence within the local market.
• Conduct ongoing client and candidate quality calls to maintain strong relationships and identify additional opportunities.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of active and passive candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, social media, job boards, and other recruiting channels.
• Achieve individual production expectations, including a minimum gross profit target of $21,000 per month/$63,000 per quarter.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate, client, job order, and activity information within company systems.
• Stay informed on local market trends, talent availability, compensation, and competitive activity to provide consultative guidance to candidates and clients.
• Represent Eastridge through client meetings, market visits, networking opportunities, industry events, and other business development activities as needed.
• Deliver a high level of service and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
