The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a strategic Manager, Recruiting Strategy to coordinate planning and execution of statewide recruiting initiatives. This role leads a team within the Talent and Workforce Strategy Division to attract and retain top talent across the Enterprise.

The ideal candidate brings extensive recruiting experience in complex, dispersed organizations, strong stakeholder relationships, and a data-driven approach to workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional recruiting experience required.
• Knowledge of state/federal HR laws and regulations as they apply to recruiting actions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Experience with workforce planning and talent pipelines.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Initiative, creativity, and collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead recruiting strategy planning and execution across the Commonwealths enterprise.
• Manage a team of HR professionals delivering recruiting priorities.
• Craft and monitor statewide recruiting plans with internal and external partners.
• Leverage data to inform strategic workforce planning and improvements.
• Build relationships with Commonwealth secretariat- and agency-level recruiters.
