Eaton Corporation’s Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking a Strategic Accounts Project Engineer to join our team. The role is based across the Northeast region of the US, including Raleigh, NC, with coverage for surrounding East Coast territories.

You will manage large-scale projects, serve as the technical liaison between customers and field service engineers, and collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited institution or at least two years of Field Service experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of two years of customer facing project coordination experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Must reside within the East Coast of the United States.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers for assigned projects.
• Initiate escalation calls with technical support to ensure timeline resolution.
• Leverage centralized resources to manage projects.
• Initiate work orders for projects in collaboration with the dispatch team to get orders assigned to technicians.
• Manage work orders to completion and collaborate with finance for invoicing.
• Act as the technical liaison between customers and field service engineers to efficiently carry out daily tasks.
• Serve as the customer’s advocate by relaying urgency to project managers and escalating issues as required.
• Pursue continuous learning of products and applications related to CPS UPS’s and Data Center Product Distribution (DCPD).
• Provide daily updates to project managers on project status.
• Manage meetings with on-site general contractors to ensure timeline milestones.
