Job summary

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking a Strategic Accounts Project Coordinator to join our team. This position will be remote from a home office and will support the operations of strategic accounts by coordinating and scheduling projects and preventive maintenance, ensuring customer site requirements are met, and facilitating clear communication between customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associates degree from accredited institution.
• Four (4) years of project coordination or related experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate and schedule projects and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain contractual schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with field service team and other departments to allocate resources.
• Ensure customer site requirements are understood and met, including safety and standards.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on risks, issues, and billing forecasts.
