Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in customer success, account management, or logistics, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with AS/400 or similar systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and think strategically.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team including CSAs, account coordinators, and senior managers to align with goals.
• Act as primary contact for high-value accounts and foster strong client relationships.
• Drive performance to meet SLAs and improve on-time delivery and satisfaction.
• Oversee booking, tracking, and tracing of shipments with proactive updates.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Logistics to allocate resources and meet commitments.
• Monitor KPIs such as freight efficiency, revenue growth, and service reliability.
• Identify growth opportunities by expanding services and value for clients.
• Manage escalations, resolve issues, and prevent disruptions.
• Provide detailed reporting on account health and team performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings and coaching for development.
