Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, PeopleSoft, Workday).

Responsabilités

• Assist in full cycle AP: invoices, expense claims, coding, approvals, and payments.
• Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers; prepare adjusting entries.
• Act as vendor contact; resolve invoicing issues and reconcile statements.
• Prepare financial reports and KPI analyses for management.
• Identify and implement process improvements in AP operations.
• Ensure correct accounting distributions; assist month-end/year-end close and audits.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
