Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field required.
• 1–3 years accounts payable, accounting, or finance experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure invoices have supporting docs and are entered timely.
• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable transactions.
• Set up and manage vendor profiles in the accounting system.
• Code invoices according to budget and knowledge.
• Maintain health center and program expense allocations.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with internal and external customers.
• Assist month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes.
