Job summary

Alpha and Omega Semiconductor, Inc is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to manage day-to-day AP activities across multiple entities. You will process invoices, ensure proper approvals, and support month-end close with accruals and reconciliations.

The role requires 3+ years of AP experience, ERP/Oracle proficiency, and strong Excel and communication skills in a fast-paced environment in Sunnyvale, CA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Process and review AP invoices for multiple entities with proper approvals.
• Support month-end close including AP accruals and reconciliations.
• Resolve AP discrepancies and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Perform AP reconciliations, vendor statements, and aging reviews.
• Ensure correct sales/use tax handling and PO monitoring.
• Assist audits with AP documentation and 1099 reporting.
