Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, seeks a Managing Director to lead key customer programs and shape a three-year forecast. You will build trusted relationships with customer leadership, set program standards, and align delivery with ownership of the account playbook and governance.

You will partner with market and delivery leaders to drive growth, plans, and readiness while ensuring cross‑functional alignment and profitability across locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center infrastructure, construction, fiber connectivity, or technology integration.
• Senior customer-facing account or program leadership for multi-year demand.
• Experience establishing repeatable program standards and governance across markets.
• Strong knowledge of data center builds: cabling, racks, fiber, testing, turnover.
• Ability to translate customer specs into practical guidance for delivery teams.
• Strong financial acumen: revenue, backlog, margins, forecasting, invoicing.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders and drive accountability.
• Executive communication, relationship management, and team development skills.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent; willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic contact with assigned key customer and three-year forecast.
• Develop and advance account growth strategy with sales, preconstruction, delivery.
• Maintain rolling two- to three-year program outlook and readiness plans.
• Own customer-specific build standards and governance across markets.
• Develop the customer program playbook including invoicing and reporting standards.
• Monitor standards adoption and escalate gaps through leadership.
• Lead program reviews to align priorities and inform growth opportunities.
• Maintain visibility into program financial performance with finance and markets.
• Lead and develop a focused team of Program Managers and senior Project Managers.
