Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years building and managing full-cycle organizations with annual TCV over $75M.
• Minimum 5 years in Logistics with knowledge of infrastructure and data center operations.
• Minimum 8 years selling IT services and NTT Data-type solutions to clients.
• Minimum 10 years in client management, growing relationships and leveraging technology.
• Elite presentation and executive storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Sets long-term vision for account; inspires global cross-functional team to deliver solutions.
• Build and lead a full-cycle, dispersed organization with substantial annual TCV; drive GTM.
• Grow client relationships, implement change, and leverage tech for competitive advantage.
• Strategize and transform legacy infrastructure operations into AI-driven infrastructure.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder organizations at C-level and negotiate terms.
• Manage contracts, renewals, and take deals from structuring to close.
• Develop regional account plans and awareness of NTT DATA Services offerings.
• Forecast and monitor pipeline and revenue growth across the account.
