You will formulate strategy, oversee procurement, inventory, budgets, and KPI tracking, while driving profitability and customer service excellence through strong leadership and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations management roles.
• Bachelor’s or master's degree required.
• Experience within the telecommunications industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency.
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production and KPI’s.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
