Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, seeks an Area Director to lead engineering, splicing, and data center installations in the market. You will develop strategic plans with leaders, ensure compliance with company protocols, and drive profitability while expanding customer relationships and market share.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Operations Manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant job experience in fiber optic or data centers.
• 5+ years leading highly productive and cohesive teams.
• 5+ years extensive working knowledge of fiber optic and/or data centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NTI’s engineering, splicing, and data center installations in the market.
• Manage market operations and staffing to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
• Drive new revenue growth and maintain key customer relationships in the industry.
• Oversee compliance with regulations, contracts, and company policies.
• Mentor regional staff and conduct regular performance reviews.
