National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, is a premier turnkey installer of fiber optic and data center infrastructure, seeking an Operations Manager to implement right processes and practices across the organization. You will mentor teams, improve customer service quality, and drive efficiency while ensuring compliance, profitability, and growth.

You will formulate strategic objectives, oversee budgets, and analyze financial data to boost profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Operations Assistant, Manager, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
• Experience within the telecommunications industry preferred.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and leadership ability.
• Outstanding organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency.
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production and KPI’s.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
